The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. (CHCB), an FTCA deemed Federally Qualified Health Center since 1999, offers quality, affordable healthcare to everyone, especially the uninsured and underinsured. As a cornerstone of Buffalo's healthcare community, we provide comprehensive primary care in medicine and dentistry across diverse populations. Our mission extends beyond care; we aim to be a patient-focused medical home, emphasizing the importance of regular check-ups with a primary doctor for early disease detection and chronic disease management. In response to community needs, we expanded with a satellite facility in Niagara Falls in 2010, marking Niagara's first Federally Qualified Health Center. Anticipating further growth, CHCB will relocate to a larger, modern facility in fall 2011 to better serve our patients and community.
